Yesterday we did a donation of 7 much needed mini-mal boards to the @localsurfloungeacademy here in Muizenberg
The project Lele & his team are running is incredible, providing a safe space plus the gift of surfing to a large crew of ‘lighties’ from a super rough & tough community (Capricorn Park) down the road. These kids deal with major poverty, gang violence, shootings on a daily basis, and the safe haven of the clubhouse and the healing stoke of the waves is like therapy for these innocent children born into gnarly situations.
Super stoked to support them and also to raise a little awareness about the inspiring work they are doing
