Surfing on waves started on wooden surfboards. Surfing in South Africa started at Muizenberg. We are celebrating a greener future and invite all you believers who already ride wooden boards to come down to the Corner and join in a fun expression session. Great prizes from our sponsors and good times guaranteed!
Join us at 12.30pm on Saturday 11 June 2016 at Surfers Corner for a world-first mass-wood-surf-off! Expression session to act as curtain-raiser to the Logjam Finale.
Entry is free and open to all! Any shape or style, so long as its predominantly wood.

After last years resounding success we are excited to be throwing another Logjam on the 11 June 2016.
Same-same-but-different, we are adding an additional 10 loggers to the Invitational, a few new lensmen and creatives, a few new sponsors & musos PLUS introducing a novel concept in The Woodies Corner Jam which is open to anybody who rides a wooden surfboard.
Can be any shape of surfcraft, so long as its 51% or more wood/natural material construction. Spectators & Hecklers welcome at our Gazebo on the Stairs in the Corner!
